All GMAC instructors are trained and certified by the American Heart Association (AHA).  The AHA provides a dynamic, engaging, scientifically-founded curriculum.  Numerous realistic scenarios are presented throughout the training to not only familiarize students with a variety of possible medical situations, but also to guide them on how to appropriately intervene given a range of different settings and circumstances.  

GMAC singularly utilizes Prestan brand automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and manikins for hands-on, in-person skills assessments.  Prestan manikins offer immediate feedback to both the instructor and the student, ensuring effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is being administered.  

With the understanding that each individual may have unique learning needs, GMAC offers both in-person and blended course options.  The company is pleased to provide training and certification for individuals, groups, and/or businesses/organizations.
